IO-540 Firewall Forward Kit with CT10-3 Quadrant Kit

OK, so you've finished all that metal stuff on the empennage, wings and fuselage. Now it's time to hang the engine! You've got a choice: you can research, choose, order and install each piece of the engine installation separately. There's the baffles, the cable brackets, the oil cooler, the cable controls, the exhaust system, the alternator, the solenoids, the air filter, the... well, you get the idea.
Or, you can order a Van's Firewall Forward Kit.
This kit includes virtually every component necessary to install the engine and make it fly. Not only are all the big items included, but the small and often overlooked bits and pieces are there, too. For instance, all the fuel and oil hoses are included, professionally built and tested. The breather tube, often an afterthought, is ready to install.

Currently we offer two RV-10 Firewall Forward Kits. This kit includes CT 10-3 , our three lever quadrant throttle/prop/mixture . If you prefer push-pull vernier style controls, call and order IO-540 Firewall Forward Kit .

CAUTION: Our Firewall Forward kits are set up to mate to the engines we sell. While they often can be adapted to other scenarios, it's important to understand that there are engine combinations which occur in the field that we have NOT designed a firewall forward kit for. An example is a "fuel injected 180hp vertical induction engine." The closest fit for this particular engine would be a carbureted (O-360) version of our Firewall Forward Kits, with some minor changes.
