Rotax Engine Preheater, 150 Watt

A warm engine starts easier and suffers less damage than a cold one.

Two systems available, one for typical RV Lycoming installations Model HSS Engine Warmer , another for the Rotax used in the RV-12. This Rotax system is 150 watt and includes a heater band for the oil tank, to shorten the wait for minimum takeoff oil temperature.

Uses a high-tech thermally conductive epoxy to bond onto crankcase . Thermostat limits oil temp to about 190 F. The system includes thermostat, power cord, epoxy and connectors.

Systems carried by Van's require 120VAC power.
