Kit allowing the optional installation of parts to enhance structural strength of the center landing gear beam on RV-12 aircraft that may be subject to heavy loads.
While the RV-12 structure meets design requirements per the LSA standard, in some cases it may be beneficial to incorporate additional reinforcement into the main gear structure. Van's Recommends installation of this kit in aircraft that are used in flight school environments or on rough surfaces where unusual loads might be applied to the main gear.
