RV-12/12iS Wheel Fairing Kit-2
Streamline your gear
Flight tests indicate a 4 knot speed gain compared to unfaired gear, and the fairings make a good looking airplane even better. Also keeps mud from coating the underside of the wings and fuselage if you fly off wet grass or dirt. Arrive faster and cleaner.
Note: there are TWO nosewheel forks in service. The earlier WD-1230 and later WD-01230-1 nose fork. Before you order, determine which fork is on your airplane. Finish kits shipped since October 2016 have the WD-01230-1. Earlier finish kits may have this later fork IF they replaced the original WD-1230. Fairing brackets for the OLD nose fork are no longer available. If you have an older WD-1230 nose fork you will need to buy the new WD-01230-1 fork in order to use this fairing kit.
